Meridian & Co · Fashion retail

A full seasonal refresh of 9,400 products in eleven days, on brand in fourteen markets.

Meridian's in-house studio used to spend a quarter on the autumn catalogue. Now one brief per category runs the whole range through the studio, with packshots, lifestyle imagery and localised copy landing in approvals the same week.

The problem

Two photo studios, four agencies and a translation vendor produced the season, and every market re-shot or re-wrote a share of it. The brand team saw most assets after they were live.

What they did

Meridian loaded its brand kit, product library and market glossaries into a studio on its own domain. Category managers brief the content agent once. It plans the asset list per SKU and market, routes packshots to a photoreal image model with product geometry locked, and sends copy through the market voice profiles.

What changed

The autumn range went from brief to approved in eleven days. Agencies now work inside Meridian Studio rather than around it, and the brand team signs off before anything ships instead of after.

The studio carries our name. Our agencies use it, our markets use it, and for the first time the whole season looks like one brand.

Unreleased launches storyboarded on private models. Hero campaign live the hour the embargo lifted.

Aurelia's biggest problem with generative tools was not quality. It was that an unreleased serum bottle cannot be uploaded to a public model. Confidential projects now run on a self hosted model inside Aurelia's own cloud, with the same studio and brand kit.

The problem

Launch campaigns were briefed twelve weeks out, but nothing could be generated until the product was public. Creative had a fortnight to make a global campaign.

What they did

Projects tagged confidential are pinned to Aurelia's private image and video models before the router considers anything else. Storyboards, packshots and a hero film were built in the studio under embargo. On launch day the same brief was re-run on the best public models for final quality.

What changed

The Glow serum campaign shipped in thirty languages on the day of the announcement, with voice over dubbed from a single brand voice recording. Nothing left Aurelia's environment before it was public.

Confidential work stays inside our walls and still gets the best models on launch day. We didn't have to choose between the two.

Lumen Studios · Media and streaming

Promos, thumbnails and trailers for every title and every platform, without a post house in the loop.

Lumen's marketing team produced a handful of key art variants per title and let the platforms do the rest. Now every release gets platform-native cuts, thumbnails per audience and social teasers from the same master, inside a studio called Lumen Lab.

The problem

Thumbnail and promo work queued behind a post-production house. Titles launched with three variants where the algorithms wanted thirty.

What they did

Lumen Lab takes the trailer, key art and a one-line brief. The agent proposes a format list per platform, generates thumbnail variants with the title's palette and type locked, and cuts 9:16 and 1:1 teasers with captions in eight languages.

What changed

Season four of the studio's flagship series launched with 34 thumbnail variants and 60 social cuts, and the promo team measured click-through per variant for the first time.

We stopped arguing about which AI tool was best. It picks the model, we approve the work. That is the whole workflow now.

Kestrel Air · Travel

Destination campaigns that refresh themselves when the fares do.

Kestrel's route network changes every season and its imagery never kept up. The studio now regenerates destination visuals and copy from the fare feed, so a new Lisbon route has a campaign before the first flight sells.

The problem

Destination imagery was licensed per campaign and out of date within a season. Copy for 62 destinations in six languages was rewritten by hand.

What they did

Kestrel connected its fare system and content calendar. When a route or price changes, the agent drafts the destination set in the brand's editorial style, localises it and drops it into approvals for the market team.

What changed

Time from route announcement to live campaign fell from six weeks to four days, and the brand team retired its stock imagery contracts.

It feels like an internal tool because it is one. Our name is on it, our tone is in it, and nobody has to learn a vendor's product.

Fable & Fern · Creative agency

Launched an AI content studio under their own brand and turned it into a retainer line in one quarter.

Fable & Fern resells the studio as Fern Studio. Each client gets a tenant with its own brand kit, users and usage report, and the agency keeps the client relationship and the margin.

The problem

Clients were asking for AI-generated content at agency quality. Building a platform was out of scope. Reselling a vendor's tool meant handing over the relationship.

What they did

Fern Studio runs on Synthetic White's multi tenant console. The agency loads a client's brand kit in an afternoon, sets guardrails on claims and imagery, and bills per tenant from the usage reports.

What changed

Forty client tenants in three months and a new recurring revenue line. Clients think Fable & Fern built it, and in every way that matters to them, they did.

Clients think we built it. Their brand kits are loaded, our margin is protected, and we shipped it in three weeks.
