Who we are
Synthetic White AI Studio ("Synthetic White", "we") operates the website syntheticwhite.com and the Synthetic White platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect on this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you request a demo we collect your name, work email, company and anything you write in the form. We use it to reply to you and to prepare the demo. We don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
We use privacy friendly analytics that don't set cross site cookies. Server logs may record IP addresses for security purposes and are deleted within 30 days.
Platform data
Data processed inside a customer workspace is governed by the customer agreement and our Data Processing Agreement, not this policy. We never use customer content to train models and we hold zero retention agreements with every model provider.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by writing to privacy@syntheticwhite.com. EU residents can also complain to their local supervisory authority.
